Why does Tru Earth come in a bag ??

Hi, you may be wondering why when you get your Tru Earth order in the mail, it comes in a re-usable biodegradable package within the envelope. Well, we discovered earlier in the year that a number of customer orders were getting water damaged either in transit or by being left stuck half in and half out of their mail boxes during rain. So we started using the biodegradable bags as a solution to this problem. Shortly we will be transitioning to plant based compostible bags, which will make them even easier to safely dispose of.

If you place an order which requires packaging items in a box, then we won't use the wrapping, as the box itself should be sufficient.
